Additional Notes

Hector Garza showed up @ the 12/14 AAA TV Taping in Tala, Jalisco, announcing he was joining the company
- Hector's version is that AAA tried to contact him in early December but he was on a tour of Germany for a week, when he returned Pierroth Jr called him up to inform him AAA wanted him to sign a 1 year contract for ($X), he loves CMLL & respects how much they helped his career but there's just no money working there
- CMLL's version via Jose 'Peonono' Medina is Garza informed the company he was quitting & not honoring his bookings before the 12/13 Arena Coliseo show
Rayo De Jalisco Jr. & Peonono flew to Japan on 11/26 to officially announce the upcoming February Japan tour
Vampiro is starting with PROMELL soon, claims he turned down a huge AAA offer
Konnan personally refutes a claim by Felino that he turned down Promo Azteca because all other promotions are inferior to CMLL, recounts his phone conversation where Felino told him he wants to join the WCW crew by working Promo Azteca but only if CMLL gives him permission; they had a phone conversation later where Felino told him Paco Alonso refused to let him work any Promo Azteca shows or take the gimmick if he leaves, so he has no choice but to stay against his will
Konnan also personally refutes the Antonio Pena claim that he, Rey Jr. & Psicosis tried to re-join AAA recently, noting they can now work as independents charging their own rate instead of working for a % like AAA & CMLL wrestlers
El Hijo Del Santo was also apparently offered a big offer to sign exclusively with AAA
Gory Medina had surgery this past week to remove one of his feet due to his diabetes
Espanto III died on 12/8
