Another draw, second in an apuesta match in a year. A mess of a finish; match comes down to Colombo and Panico in a tapatia, with tecnico Colombo apparently winning. Colombo does not let go of the tapatia and Robles argued with referee the match should be overturned as a DQ, while other referee Rangel has the match continuing. The commissioner orders an extra fall, which Panico wins with a rana on Colombo. The tecnicos protest this decision. Robles tries to unmask Faisan's mask in the scrum but can't get it, the rudos storm off, and the fans stop Colombo from getting his hair cut. The Mexico City commission rules the original finish should've stood: Panico must unmask and Robles must get his hair cut. EMLL decides Robles also will get his hair cut. Rangel is suspended by the commission for allowing the match to continue (though the recap suggests Palau has has gotten old and couldn't regain control of the situation.)

Event Notes: Box y Lucha's recap of the main event is so long by necessity that there's nothing more beyond a sentence or two on the semifinal.
