Extreme IWRG finish: Mascara 2000 was seconding Canis Lupus and kept interfering. Both Lupus & the referee wanted him to cut it out and he was ejected. Mascara just returned to the ringside area anyway and hit Medico Asesino with a chair. Demonio Infernal, Medico's second, pointed it out and the referee called for a DQ and a title change.
