Event Notes: Final show in the original Arena Mexico. EMLL abandoned the arena as the more well-known Arena Mexico was built on an adjacent lot, running their first show there on April 27, 1965 (about a year and a half later.) Old Arena Mexico continued to remain in this location for a brief time even past the opening of the new arena, though it was no longer used for lucha libre. It was eventually removed to make room for the parking garage which now stands next to Arena Mexico.
