Fenix almost got the belt but Metalico took him out with a frankensteiner, then got the belt himself. Fenix loses the belt in what was reported as his fourth defense (unknown when the other three happened.) Metalico is second champion.

One fall. Fantasma fouled Angelico, covered him, ref started to count the pin, so Fantasma stopped him and fouled Angelico again to make sure he got the DQ. Psycho/Texano challenges followed.
