Tony Salazar replaced the debuting Tigre Enmascarado/Escarlata, at one point said to be a wrestler from Guadalajara but later seems to be Tiger Mask II/Misawa coming back here to debut the gimmick. Box y Lucha 1658 says Enmascardo wasn't going to get commission approval to wrestle and so did not come.
