Event Notes: SuperLuchas 250 says Juan Herrera is out as CMLL head programmer around this time. SuperLuchas 251 says Herrera quit over booking issues - not booking the promotion, booking the wrestlers. Herrera was getting CMLL wrestlers at a discount for PROMELL shows he was running, Paco Alonso put a stop to that because another promoter was willing to pay full price.
