Volador pinned Atlantis, but the fans thought Tirantes fast counted the pin.

Event Notes: Show moved a day later than usual due to Christmas Eve falling on Monday, but kept at the usual time of 9pm. Lowest attendance of the year. Edecanes only appeared with the fall signs, not before matches.

Tecnicas took the first. Comandante and Seductora went to attack the tecnicas in the second and were quickly disqualified by Tirantes for the straight fall lose. Even the tecnicas were confused.

Mephisto replaced Rey Bucanero. Rudos took 1/3.

Comandante interfered in the third fall, but Sombra still won with a double moonsault. Sombra told Terrible he just proved he was better, and he'd be winning the Heavyweight title on Sunday. Best match on the show.

Porky and Kraneo swapped all three falls. Tecnicos took 2/3.

Mephisto won the first with a powerbomb, Mistico came back in the second with a torito. Mistico landed his rope crossing dive late in the ring, then landed a shooting star press once without being able to get the pin. Moments later, he went for another, but his feet hit the the ropes on the way down and Mistico crashed shoulder first into the mat. Mistico attempted to cover Mephisto anyway, but Mephisto put him in an armbar and Mistico immediately gave up. The doctor and Tirantes attended to Mistico after the match.

Euforia replaced Mephisto. Rudos took 1/3, Euforia beat Maximo.

Cholo dominated the match, but Horuz pulled it out with an armbar.

Tecnicos took 2/3. Molotov submitted Espiritu, Metalico pinned Disturbio.

Rudos took 2/3. Tonga beat Maya to win in his debut and the best match of the night Maya had to be strechered out. Delta tried to help with that, but Tonga attacked him too.

Felino replaced Ephesto. Mascara pinned Averno in the first, then Mephisto pulled Mistico's mask in the second in a disappointing match. Mistico challenged Mephisto a singles match.

Eliminations went Niebla Roja (Mistico), Titan (Rey Escorpion), Angel de Oro (Averno & Escropion), Rey Escorpion (Mascara Dorada), Euforia (Mascara), Mistico (Mephisto, clean), Averno (Valiente), Mascara Dorada (Dragon Rojo), Mascara & Mephisto double pin, then Valiente won when Dragon Rojo yanked his mask. Valiente blasted Dragon Rojo for not having the ability to actually beat him and demanded a shot at his title, Rojo accepted.

Fans were divided. Volador won the first with his guillotine legdrop, Sombra won the second with the Brillante Bomb, Volador won the third clean with a second legdrop. Said to be just as good as the second match. They both complimented each other and the match after, saying the real winner was the fans.

Straight falls for the Casas, Negro surprisingly Maya with a casita when the second fall seemed to be going the tecnicos ways.

Azul & Rush did a weird dance before the match. In the first fall, rudos kept breaking Azul & Sombra's up holds. Rush jumped in the ring to kill them, Tiger Hispano cut him off, Rush accidentally shoved him, and Hispano fell, hitting the ropes as he went down. Crowd mocked the ref, who got up and awarded the fall - to Sombra! Crowd mocked more until Hispano realized he meant to DQ the other team and awarded the fall to the tecnicos instead. Tecnicos took second, and Volador yanked Sombra's mask for the DQ after avoding him all fall. Sets up a singles match with them next match. Poor match.

Mistico started the comeback in the third, then slipped badly running up the ropes on his ramp charge and collapsed on the ramp. Rudos immediately won the match. Mistico, with a swelling right knee, was strechered out. Crowd thought he just botched the spot and laughed, not realizing he was hurt.

Best match of the night. Volador won with the backcrcaker in the first, Niebla took the second with a half crab. Niebla started to bleed. Fans were behind Volador in the third after he moonsaulted onto Niebla. Volador gave Niebla a moonsault side slam for two. He followed with a 'rana, but Zacarais ran in and ripped off his mask for the DQ.

Eliminations were Millenium (Super Comando), Hombre Bala (Espiritu Maligno), Puma King (Asturiano), Arissma (Super Comando), Espiritu Maligno (Skandalo), Pegasso (Stigma), Skandalo (also Stigma!), Arissma and Puma King eliminated each other on a double countout, Stigma (Dragon Lee), Lestat (pulling Dragon Lee's mask to pin him.) Everyone argued post match, leading to the cage match next week.

Atlantis grabbed the strecher, so Volador used a cameraman as a human shield. Both went for the masks. No pinfall, instead Psicosis, Mr. Aguila and Olimpico all attacking Atlantis. Sombra, Guerrero Maya and Delta ran out for the saves, but the rudos destroyed them and took their masks. Invasors challenged for a trios title match.

The DF tecnicos told Lestat that he should be on their side, but he was conflicted. Rudo Poblanos did not get along with him, and attacked him by the end of the first fall, getting themselves DQed. Puebla guys got it together in the second fall to tie it up. Lestat had Dragon Lee beat in the third, but Super Comando ran in for the DQ. Stigma rushed in for the save. Karissma and Espiritu were going to stay out of it, but then Bala and Lee helped Comando, they pitched it for the Puebla team. Super Comando got the microphone to declare the DF guys were the best. Stigma disagreed, and challenged the non-present Skandalo with the rest of the DF team. Pegasso notably did not get involved in the fight on either side...

Loco tries to jump Virus, but it backfires. Virus & Raziel won the first, Loco & Centella took the second. Raziel beat Centella in the third, leaving Loco alone. Loco avoided a top rope dropkick from Raziel and pinned him to tie it up, then submitted Virus to take the match. Loco challenged Virus to a hair match, and Virus agreed.
3) Blue Panther, La Máscara, Máximo b Kráneo, Morphosis, Psicosis
tecnicos took 1/3.

Tecnicos were sporting matching green black/gear. Rudos won falls 1/3.
2) Centella de Oro, Loco Max, Pegasso DQ Cancerbero, Raziel, Virus *
Centella and Virus started, but Loco jumped in to attack the Cancerberos. Chaos from there, but Loco submitted Virus to take the first fall. Rudos beat the other two two to win the second. Virus caught Loco with an armbar for the third, but the Cancerberos kept attacking the other two and then referee Maya for the excessive violence DQ. Loco made the hair match challenged, but Virus refused to do in Puebla, preferring to do in Arena Mexico. Loco demanded the match for his Puebla people, and Virus accepted!
3) Princesa Blanca © b Dalis la Caribeña [MEX WOMEN] *
Blanca took falls 2/3 to keep the title in what was said to be easily the worst match of the night.

Psicosis attacked Rush early. Rudos took the first, tecnicos took second. Final fall came to down the Psicosis and Rush again. Psicosis tried to get a pin with his feet on the ropes, but Maya caught him and didn't count three. Rush got up and collided with Maya, allowing Psicosis to sneak in a foul. Psicosis got the microphone to mock Rush for losing, and Rush challenged for mask vs hair.
5) Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas, Rey Bucanero b La Sombra, Máscara Dorada, Valiente *
Bucanero replaced Felino. Rudos took 1/3, Negro getting up his knees on Sombra's double moonsault to set up the pin. Negro challenged Sombra to a title match, saying Sombra wasn't a worthy champion.

Averno jumped Ultimo Guerrero as he was entering. His team took fall 1, beating up Zacarias along the way. Team Averno continued to work over Guerrero with the other two out of action - Dragon's leg injury showed up here again - but Niebla recovered to start the comeback and he and Guerrero beat Psicosis and Aguila in the second. Third fall came down to Averno & Guerrero, Guerrero winning clean with the Guerrero Special.
