Cholo & Ramstien were DQed in the first, won the second with the CHOLO DRIVER and Ramstien top rope splash. Cholo lost first in the third fall, Ramstein beat Star Jr. with a top rope Michinoku Driver, and Soberano took out Ramstein to win. Cholo is Carlos Soriano Mendoza, 40 years old, 20 years a wrestler. Ramstein is Francisco Javier Costillo, 40 years old, 21 years experience. Both are from Mexico City.

Both wrestlers countered each other many times. Kamaitachi resorted to an unseen mask pull to win.

Straight falls. Comandante kissed Maximo in the second, and Terrible & Bucanero fouled Maximo. Mr. Aguila insisted Mije foul Kemonito too, and he ddid.

There appears to be no dive ban on Sabado Retro - even Rebelde was doing dives in this match. Spanish Fly for the win.

Molotov continues to be announced and not appeared; Sensei won with the Sensei lock in his place.

Zavala powerbombed Esfinge for the win. Said to be Esfinge's best match in DF
4) Marcela b Dalys
Moved down a spot. Said to be Dalys' best match ever. Top rope double stomp gave Marcela the win.
5) Blue Panther Jr. b Sangre Azteca
Moved up a spot. Nudo lagunero for the win.
6) Delta & Guerrero Maya Jr. DQ Misterioso Jr. & Sagrado
Misterioso took Delta's mask for the DQ. Sagrado took Maya's mask after the fact.

Bucanero snuck in a foul on Maximo. Maximo wants a hair match with Rey.

Rudos took 1/3, the last when Universo beat Angelito and Mercurio & Stukita were counted out after a Stukita dive. Good.
2) Magnus, Soberano Jr., Star Jr. b Cholo, Metálico, Ramstein *
Magnus replaced Starman. Rudos were DQed in the first fall for throwing Soberano over the top, then Mangus beat Metalico in the third. Cholo - who's face looks a lot like Cholo's mask - and Ramstein took Star & Soberano's masks after their loss. Ok match.
3) Blue Panther Jr., Dragón Lee, Pegasso b Arkángel de la Muerte, Cancerbero, Raziel *
Tecnicos took 1/3. Pegasso replaced the Panther, and fell off the top rope on his own in the first fall. He seemed to be fine the rest of the match.
4) Kráneo, Morphosis, Olímpico b Blue Panther, Fuego, Súper Porky * *
Rudos took 2/3. Heavy on the comedy. OK.
5) Máximo b Negro Casas * *
Negro went after Maximo's knee and submitted him to a STF in the first. Maximo was in great pain but managed to squeeze out the second. Casas continued to attack Maximo while he was getting medical aid, but Maximo was able to rally once again and pin him after a super armdrag. Great match. Maximo challenged Negro Casas to a hair match and Casas agreed to do it at some point in the future.
6) Euforia, Niebla Roja, Shocker b La Máscara, Titán, Valiente *
Match did not air on Terra; feed cut out during a Fuego/edecanes dance number. Shocker pulled Mascara's mask and pinned him for the win.
Event Notes: Unusually big crowd and treated like a big show with two edecan dance numbers. CMLL did not special promotion, but apparently gave away tickets via a radio station they're affiliated with. One of the hosts was announcer for the Terra broadcast and received an awards prior to the show.

Rudos took 2/3. OK. Strange match with a near 15 minute first fall, with Fuego & Sangre Azteca especially going a long way in the opener - seemingly killing time rather than building towards something, then ending with moves the rudos don't normally use as finishes. Rest of the falls were more normal.

Mascara beat Casas with a casita to give the Ingbernables the win. Sombra & Mascara demanded a title match.

Seconds were Volador, Comandante and Bucanero. Bucanero used a ref distraction to slip in and foul Maximo, Volador knocked Bucanero out of the ring and dove on him, and Maximo revenge fouled Terrible to beat him and win the championship. This is Maximo's first singles title and he becomes the first exotico to win a CMLL singles championship. Maximo and Brazo de Plata are the first father/son combination to win the same Mexican world heavyweight championship. Terrible falls in his 9th defense, his first in 13 months, after being champion for 1125 days.
