La Sombra came in as champion. 3rd defense, six months since the last one. Dragon Rojo was the previous champion, getting his first rematch. Sombra won a first fall with a double moonsault, Dragon Rojo won the second with the Dragon Bomb, both really quick. Third fall was epic, both man surviving big moves time and time until Sombra finally won with a final Shadow Bomb (Brillante Driver.)

Mephisto is champion. Seconds were Brazo de Oro & Mephisto. Mephisto took the first with a half crab. Mascara won a quick send fall with a mercedora. CMLL recaps says Mascara was about to win with the mercedora, Mephisto escaped, a fan ran around the ring (!?!?) and Mephisto beat Mascara with his own hold to keep the title. Fifth defense.

Rudos took 1/3, the first by DQ when Kamaitachi's mask accidentally fell off from a Starman snap mare.

Tecnicos took 2/3, both by DQ. Second fall ended by excessive violence. In the third, Dalys beat Estrellita (with a poor scorpion), Marcela beat Dalys clean, and Marcela had Blanca beat but Dalys ran in to attack her.

Ultimo Guerrero was presented with Copa Bobby Bonales before the tournament. Volador replaced Mistico; no reason was given, but this became the first time Sombra & Volador were on the same side after their turn. Rudos took 1/3, the last after Volador kicked Sombra by accident to set up UG's win. Volador and Sombra agreed to a hair versus mask match, right there right then, but the commissioner told them no.

Rudos took 1/3. Warrior got away with a foul on Shockercito (after they both botched a plancha, not the first problem they had in the match.)

Tecnicos took 2/3. Sagrado used a new strange finishing move to beat Tiger in a good match, best of the night.

Tecnicos took 2/3. A lot of Rey Escorpion/Atlantis feuding to set up the trios title.

Rush fouled Casas for the DQ. Rush briefly went after Casas' arm after the match. Both exchanged insults in post match promos.

Volador, dressed as The Flash, won falls 1/3 clean, the last with a backcracer. Mostly their previous match. Crowd was not into this one much at all following the Rush/Casas stuff.

Thunder was announced, but replaced by Blue Panther on Tuesday. Straight falls for the rudos. In a repeat of last week, Volador and Sombra again had problems, and again challenged each other to a mask versus hair match. They fought a little this week but no real match.
3) Atlantis & Euforia b Máximo & Rey Escorpión [natl pi, final] *
Atlantis' third win in the four years of this tournament. Escorpion & Maximo could not get along and lost in straight falls.
4) Marcela b Dalys [hair] *
Marcela took 2/3, the last apparently with the Michinoku Driver, to win the match. Multipke mentioned this was a stiff match, at least from Marcela to Dalys. Marcela is 8-0 in known hair matches, Dalys loses her first ever apuesta match. Dalys demanded a title match, Marcela did not answer.
5) Gran Guerrero, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero b Máscara Dorada, Místico, Valiente
Guerreros challenged for the trios titles.
6) Rush b Shocker [hair] *
Shocker took the first with the Dos Caras Clutch, Rush did the same in a quick second, and Rush won with a Rush Driver (after flattening Shocker's face with a corner dropkick.) Shocker loses his first hair match after winning 14 (going to 18-2 overall in apuestas.) Rush has won all four hair matches he's been in so far. Shocker gave Rush credit for the win, and asked for a rematch. Rush wants Negro Casas next.
Event Notes: Cien Caras was honored after the fourth match. He was joined by his two brothers and the two sons who debut in Arena Coliseo Guadalajara next week, Sanson & El Cuatrero.

Rudos took 2/3, Guerrero Negro Jr. getting the deciding pin.

Tecnicos took 2/3. Good match.
3) Dalys, Princesa Blanca, Princesa Sugheit DQ Dark Angel, Estrellita, Marcela * *
Straight falls. Marcela was beat by Dalys, but came back in to attack her for the DQ. Not a good match, Marcela and Dalys especially looking poor against each other.
4) La Máscara, Marco Corleone, Rush b Negro Casas, Ripper, Shocker *
Straight falls (again). Rudos were DQed for excessive violence in the first, tecnicos took the second.
5) Volador Jr. b La Sombra * *
Volador took falls 1/3. CMLL recap notes Sombra worked as a rudo. After the win, Sombra declared he never wanted to team with Sombra but instead needed to avenge his mask loss. If mask versus hair won't get it done, Volador offered to put his career on the line.
6) Euforia, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero b Máscara Dorada, Místico, Valiente © [CMLL TRIOS] * *
Estetas came in as champions. Gran Guerrero was originally listed, but replaced by Euforia on Monday. Rudos took the first (Pulpo Guerrero on Dorada, unspecified rudo with a frontcracker on Mistico.) Valiente defeated Ultimo Guerrero in the second. Euforia surprised Mistico with the Euforica Special and Niebla Roja beat Valiente in the third to win the titles. Estetas del Aire fall on their 6th defense, Guerreros Laguneros become the 26th champions, with Ultimo Guerrero winning this championship for a third time.

1) Mercurio, Pequeño Olímpico, Pequeño Warrior DQ Acero, Pequeño Halcón, Stukita *
Acero replaced Aereo. Olimpico pulled Halcon's mask in the first and cradled him to take the fall. Tecincos took fall 2 clean. Halcon fouled Olimpico in the third.
2) Amapola, Tiffany, Zeuxis b Goya Kong, Lluvia, Skadi *
Skadi's debut, and Lluvia's first match in DF since July. Skadi looked new and tired out before the end of the match. Rudas took 2/3.

Tecnicos took 2/3, Stuka beating Virus after they feuded slightly during the match.
