Goya replaced Dark Angel, as expected. Tiffany replaced Lluvia, as not expected. Lluvia missed a show in Monterrey this past Sunday; maybe her knee injury is flaring up? Tiffany turned on her team for and hit ref Edgar for the DQ.
4) Smaker b Bárbaro Cavernario [OCCIDENTE MIDDLE] * *  (posted by luchablog vault (Google Drive))
Decision match for vacant championship. Seconds were Leo & Evola. Barbaro got his knees up on a top rope move to take the second fall, Smaker powerbombed Barbaro for the first, then Smaker submitted Barbaro in the third. Crowd saw it as an upset, maybe because of Barbaro's recent hair match victories.
5) Atlantis & Shocker DQ Terrible & Último Guerrero * *
Tecnicos took 2/3. Terrible fouled Shocker, setting up a singles match next week.

Guerrero Maya replaced Pegasso, who appears to have been injured in Puebla again. Triton pinned Arkangel with a tornillo moonsault for the win.

Mephisto won in 6:55 via Devil's Wings.

Fantasma was wearing a new design on his mask.

Tecnicos took 2/3. Polvora ripped up Titan's mask, Titan submitted Polvora with an inverted Gori Special. Titan asked Polvora to accept his title match challenge, Polvora just walked out.

Matrix Jr. hurt his hip on a dive and could not continue.

Eita pinned Freelance for the win.

Rudos took 2/3 when Chicano didn't get along with his teammates. Chicano is a rudo going forward, and Dinamic Black challenged him to a singles match.

First Cerebro Negro match here in over a year. Piratas appear to be tecnicos now. Their team won 2/3 to take the match, Pirata beating Cien Caras Jr. Pirata had earlier said he wanted a Heavyweight title match if he beat Cien, and he beat him.

only Pirata Morgan's title is on the line. Seconds were Cien Caras Jr. & Pirata Morgan, and they interfered in the third fall. Mascara ripped at Pirata's mask a lot too. Pirata took the first, Mascara the second. Mascara pulled Pirata's mask and rolled him up in the third, but Pirata Sr. jumped in and argued before the count. Cien Caras Jr. argued about Pirata Sr. arguing, and Pirata Sr. used the distraction to turn over the pin. Hijo de Pirata hung on for the win to keep the title. Capos challenged Piratas to an apuesta match for the year end show in December.

2) Demus 3:16, Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Olímpico b Astral, Pequeño Halcón, Último Dragóncito *
Rudos took 1/3, Demus dropping Dragoncito on his head for the win, then destroying Astral after the match. Both tecnicos were strechered out.
3) Guerrero Maya Jr., Rey Cometa, Stuka Jr. b Misterioso Jr., Niebla Roja, Puma King *
Guerrero Maya replaced Valiente. Tecnicos took 2/3, Cometa again pinning Puma with a casita. Cometa told Puma he'd do again in their mask match, Puma said Cometa wasn't going to win, tecnicos stomped Puma and Cometa took hsi mask again.
4) Marco Corleone, Máximo, Rush b Black Warrior, Mr. Águila, Olímpico [semifinal] *
Matches determined by battle royal. Corleone and Rush beat Mr. Aguila and Black Warrior to advance.
5) Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpión, Último Guerrero b Felino, Negro Casas, Rey Bucanero [semifinal] *
Bucanero, who had no mentioned problems with his parnters, took out UG with a dive, but Escorpion & Dragon Rojo beat the Casas brothers to advance. This was the shortest match of the 3.
6) Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpión, Último Guerrero b Marco Corleone, Máximo, Rush [final] *
Ultimo Guerrero had Marco beat, but Escorpion pulled him off and Dragon Rojo landed a top rope splash for his own pin. Those two challenged Bufete del Amor to a trios title match while Ultimo Guerrero sadly walked to the back. Maximo invited UG to switch to the tecnico side, but UG ignored. Rush accepted the title match for his team.
7) Terrible b Hiroshi Tanahashi [final, CMLL Universal] *  (posted by luchablog vault (Google Drive))
Seconds were Bucanero and Okumura, though both complete teams were there for the belt presentation. Tanahashi took the first with a German suplex, but Terrible took the second and the third, surviving the frog splash in the third, to win the tournament. Crowd wasn't in to the match early but did come around a bit by the end. Rush showed up post match to rain on Terrible's page, but the refs wouldn't let him get to Terrible. Terrible explained Rush just wanted attention because the only reason the fans care about Rush is Terrible. Terrible promises no mercy in two weeks. Terrible also states he almost disfigured Tanahashi's pretty face with his slaps.
