Straight falls. In the second, Disturbio took a Starman flying plancha off Metalico's shoulders, and Metalico cradled Inquisidor for the win. Disturbio had a bloody nose after the match.
2) Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Warrior, Pierrothito b Bam Bam, Shockercito, Último Dragóncito *
Warrior powerbombed Shockercito into the corner, then Pierothito put on his hold for teh win.
3) Sangre Azteca b Raziel [lightning] *
Counter dropkick for the win in 8:20. What in the world was Raziel doing on the top rope?
4) Fuego, Metal Blanco, Palacio Negro b Euforia, Hijo del Signo, Virus *
Fuego defeated Virus in the third.
5) Ángel de Oro, Delta, Shocker b Ephesto, Mephisto, Pólvora *
Tecnicos took 2/3. Angel de Oro dove on Mephisto, and Shocker and Angel de Oro pinned the other two.
6) Atlantis, Héctor Garza, La Máscara b Dragón Rojo Jr., Mr. Niebla, Último Guerrero *
Straight fall win. Excessive violence DQ in the first for beating up Garza, then Garza pinned UG in the second after a moonsault. Garza challenged UG for a title shot, his fifth, and UG accepted. Ultimo in turn challenged Atlantis to pick a side!

Rudos take last two, due to tecnico problems.

Rudos take last two.

Rudos take last two, Arkanegl & Cancerbero beating Dragon Lee & Pegasso.

Tecnicos took 1/3. Garza was "accidentally" kicking his partners in the head in the third fall. They were angry with him all match, but turned on him then and there, only to be rolled by the tecnicos for the loss. Volador wants a singles mach with Garza.

Nosferatu exists! I wonder if he just got Dr. X's spot. First match here since February 1st, and a win at that. He's still kind of fat.

Tecnicos took 2/3, Sagrado winning with el Cristo

Aguila surprisingly beat Rush.

1) Höruz & Trueno b Artillero & Súper Comando
Tecnicos took 1/3.
2) Dragón Lee, Pegasso, Rey Cometa b Arkángel de la Muerte, Hooligan, Loco Max *
1/3 for tecnicos, Cometa getting Arkangel with a top rope 'rana for the win.
3) Hijo del Fantasma, Sangre Azteca, Stuka Jr. b Misterioso Jr., Shigeo Okumura, Yoshihashi *
Tecnicos took 2/3. Fantasma got Misterioso with the Ghost Lariat for the win.
4) Valiente DQ Rey Escorpión [lightning] *
With time running out and both guys battling in the corner, Escorpion fouled Valiente and gave him a super powerbomb. Referee did not call the DQ until after the powerbomb. Valiente won, but was strechered out.
5) Averno, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas b Atlantis, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. *
1/3 for rudos. Atlantis had Negro up in the Atlantida, but took out the referee with Negro's legs. Niebla fouled Atlantis and got the pin.

Title change! Seconds were Rey Escorpion and (interestingly) Hijo del Fantasma. Hector surprised UG to take the first fall, then got rolled up while taking off his shirt in the second fall. Hector took the third with a tornillo moonsault to win the title. Garza is the 16th champion.

Cholo return, in a win even! Rudos took 1/3.
2) Hombre Bala Jr., Starman, Súper Halcón Jr. b Inquisidor, Rayo Tapatío I, Rayo Tapatío II
Tecnicos took 1/3.
3) Black Warrior, Fuego, Toscano b Euforia, Vangelis, Virus
Toscano exists! CMLL.com says he's back from injury. Tecs took 1/3, Fuego beating Virus in the third.
4) Dragón Rojo Jr., Negro Casas, Último Guerrero b La Máscara, Máximo, Súper Porky *
Rudos took 1/3. Porky took out UG with a plancha to the floor, but Negro & Drago beat Maximo & Mascara.
5) Héctor Garza b Volador Jr. *
Volador wore a Captian America inspired bodypaint top. Volador won the first with a backracker, Garza land the moonsault for the second, then stole the mask and cradled Volador to win the third.

Loco Max replaced Bobby Zavala. Rudos take 1/3.
3) Goya Kong, Lady Apache, Silueta b La Seductora, Princesa Blanca, Zeuxis *
Lady Apache replaced Marcela. Silueta's debut in Arena Mexico. Tecnicas took 2/3, Goya Kong splash for the win.
4) Diamante, Fuego, Toscano b Misterioso Jr., Psicosis, Shigeo Okumura *
Diamante's return after breaking his toes. Psicosis replaced Yoshihashi, tried to foul Toscano, was beat by a Toscano 'rana. Poor Psicosis.
5) Mr. Águila, Olímpico, Volador Jr. b Blue Panther, La Máscara, Rush *
Aguila beat Rush again, wants a title shot. Rush accepted, date TBD.

Dragon Lee looked nervous in the first fall (won by his partners), and got fouled by Virus in the third. Tough, but a win.
4) Felino b Blue Panther [lightning] *
Felino took advantage of a ref bump to foul Panther for the win.
5) Atlantis, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. b Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpión, Último Guerrero *
Champions of Justice took 2/3, Atlantis' pulling UG's mask to beat him. Friendship is totally over.

Terrible got a pinfall on Garza with some outside help from Bucanero.

Pequeno Halcon may have switched to being a rudo; it's not very clear. A battle royal determined seeds. Olimpico & Shockercito argued after their loss.

5) Eléctrico & Mercurio b Astral & Pequeño Violencia [eightfinal, losers advance] *
Electrico and Mercurio danced together to the ring.

7) Pequeño Olímpico & Shockercito b Bam Bam & Pierrothito [quarterfinal, losers advance] *
Bam Bam and Pierrothito faked an argument to sucker their opponents into a sneak attack. Fine idea, but they still lost.

9) Astral & Pequeño Violencia b Bam Bam & Pierrothito [semifinal, losers advance] *
10) Pierrothito b Bam Bam [hair, final] *
Bam Bam missed on the guillotine legdrop and Pierrothito beat him to keep his own mask.

UG replaced Aguila; this should've been an easy build to Tuesday's title match with Aguila/Rush, but not so much.

So Halcon is not a rudo?

Dalis & Estrellita replaced Luna and Lluvia
3) Dragón Lee & Magnus b Puma King & Tiger [lightning] *
Rey Bucanero, Felino, Tony Salazar and Shocker were all ringisde in this match. This match was taped for the reality TV show these guys are on, so anything going on might only be relevant to that pocket universe (and might only be airing there.) Magnus dislocated his shoulder during the match, but Dragon Lee still won the match. The rudos argued after the match, with Bucanero and Tiger attacking Felino. Puma seemed conflicted, but on his father's side. Magnus' shoulder was popped back in later.
4) Diamante, Metal Blanco, Palacio Negro b Cancerbero, Raziel, Yoshihashi *
5) Ángel de Oro, Máximo, Súper Porky DQ Averno, Mephisto, Pólvora *
Super Porky replaced Blue Panther. Tecnicos took 1/3. Averno fouled Maximo to get a DQ, even Rodolfo (Averno's dad) was the referee.

Dragon Lee and Mephisto were seconds. Rush took 1/3 for the successful title defense, still was booed.

Skandalo's return from injury. They took 2/3, Hombre Bala costing his team the match in the third.
3) Dragón Lee, Sangre Azteca, Stuka Jr. b Nosferatu, Shigeo Okumura, Virus
Tecnicos took 1/3.
4) Hijo del Fantasma b Misterioso Jr. [lightning] *
Misterioso tried for his Gori Special, but Fantamsa turned it into a rana for the win.
5) Atlantis, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. b Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpión, Último Guerrero *
Delta took the first. Dragon Rojo and Guerrero Maya ripped each other's masks in the second. So did Ultimo Guerrero and Atlantis did the same. Atlantis & Maya submitted UG and Dragon for the win. Atlantis challenged for a Atlantis/Maya vs Guerrero/Dragon tag title match for next week, and the Guerreros accepted.
6) Héctor Garza, La Sombra, Shocker DQ Rey Bucanero, Terrible, Texano *
Rudos fouled Shocker for the DQ. Shocker & Garza challenged TRT to a hair match. Bucanero declined.
CMLL (SUN) 08/28/2011 Arena Coliseo [CMLL, La Catedral]

Tecnicos took 2/3.
2) Demus 3:16, Eléctrico, Máscarita Dorada DQ Astral, Pequeño Violencia, Pequeño Warrior [Relevos Increíbles] *
Demus did not get along with his partners, but also did not get along with his opponents. Team Warrior took 2/3, the last when Demus fouled Warrior. Warrior & Demus continued to fight after teh match, the others having to break them up. Electrico was hurt on a dive and stretchered out with a ligament strain. CMLL.com already says he will be out a few weeks.
3) Fuego, Rey Cometa, Sagrado b Hijo del Signo, Hooligan, Loco Max
tecnicos took 1/3, the last after a triple dive.
4) Black Warrior, Súper Porky, Valiente DQ Euforia, Vangelis, Yoshihashi
Tecnicos took 1, rudos 2, rudos had the third but lost it due to excessive violence on Valeinte. Might have fallen apart from the intended; Black Warrior was done earlier in the third fall due to knee injury.
5) Blue Panther, Rush, Toscano b Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto *
Rush replaced La Mascara. Rudos took 1/3. With his usual rival not around, Averno got away with a foul on Panther instead for the win.
Event Notes: Tanahashi, starting tomorrow, watched the last three matches from the seats.

Marcela won in straight falls, then challenged Blanca to a title and a hair match.

Tecnicos took 1/3.
4) Dragón Lee, Puma King, Shocker b Rey Cometa, Rey Escorpión, Último Guerrero [Relevos Increíbles] * 
Almost a Forjando un Idolo throwback, except Puma wasn't on Shocker's team. Rey Cometa worked as a rudo to fit in his partners. Said to be very good. UG's team took the first fall, but Shocker's team took the last two, including Shocker beating UG with the reinera in the third.
5) Olímpico, Psicosis, Volador Jr. b Ángel de Oro, Rush, Súper Porky *
Looks like Volador figured out how to give the Sombra killing headscissors piledriver to Angel de Oro for the win.
6) Felino DQ Rey Bucanero *
Felino took the first, Bucanero the second in quick falls. In the third, Felino fouled Rey Bucanero for the DQ. Felino continued to attack Bucanero after the match.
